Returns & Refunds

We want you to feel confident shopping with My Little Making Club. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us through the store contact page within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We will review the issue and, when appropriate, provide a replacement or refund.

For eligible change-of-mind returns, please contact us within 30 days of delivery before sending anything back. Items must be unused, in original condition, and with original packaging. Return shipping for change-of-mind returns is the customer's responsibility unless the item is incorrect or defective.

Personalized items, used items, and gift cards are not eligible for change-of-mind returns. Refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and reviewed. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the order was incorrect or defective.
